Staff, very helpful and courteous. Onsen w. sauna really nice, 4 onsens indoors/outdoors combined w. different water temperature. Nice dinner and breakfast.

Amazing, very friendly, attentive staff. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner with each item well thought out and presentation was unbeatable. Multiple course meals and with breakfast and dinner included in the price, it was well worth it!
